Unfortunately, there are some areas that we cannot deliver directly to, and delivery to your home or store is not available. These areas are beyond the scope of delivery here.

Do you have a shipping service outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan?
At the moment, we have a shipping service available only within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and we strive to deliver our products to all parts of the world in the future, God willing.

 

Do I have to pay an additional fee for the delivery service?
Free delivery on all orders if they are within the areas specified by us in advance, and if the purchase quantity is 10 parcels or more of one tendency, delivery will be made to all regions of the Kingdom for free. If the purchase amount is less than 10 parcels, you will have to pay an additional amount for the shipping service in the areas not included in the free delivery service.

 

Do I have to pay additional fees for the cash on delivery service?
We would like to inform you that no additional fees are required when you choose to pay by direct bank transfer, credit card payment or PayPal because we take care of it. Nor in the case of direct cash payment.

Why do I have to pay the shipping cost?
If the delivery in areas not covered by free delivery or the purchase amount is less than 10 parcels of one type, you will have to pay an additional amount that will be determined according to the region and quantity to cover the cost of the shipping company. In the case of orders within the free delivery areas or the number of the order is more than 10 parcels, the delivery will be free of charge and we will take care of the shipping costs.
